https://www.mallardperez.com Sarasota Personal Injury attorney Damian Mallard explains what Interrogatories are.
Once you have filed a lawsuit in Florida, the attorney for the other side will often send written questions for you to answer under oath. These questions are collectively called “Interrogatories”.
These questions often ask for basic information such as your name, address, and date of birth. Some of the questions that are more detailed include things such as; what types of doctors you’ve seen and what types of injuries you have.
You are given 30 days to answer these questions under oath.
At Mallard Perez, we have answered thousands of sets of Interrogatories and we are here to help you answer yours.
As always, if you have any questions, feel free to contact the Personal Injury Attorneys at Mallard Perez FREE of charge and without obligation 888-409-3805.
