Most people have pets of some kind and are very caring and responsible in guarding the general public from attacks by their dogs or other animals. Unfortunately, sometimes people fail to take proper steps to ensure the safety of others in the presence of their dogs or other animals. Often times, this happens with the knowledge and consent of a landlord or property owner.

If you or a loved one are injured by another person's dog or other animal, you have the right to be reimbursed for medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering and other damages.

Sometimes, a landlord or property owner is also responsible for these damages in addition to the animal's owner. The time period in which to pursue such claims for damages are limited. Therefore, we suggest you seek the advice of an attorney to discuss such a claim as soon as possible so it will not become time barred.
